Client Project: Single Residential Dwelling Client brief: To design and build a new residential dwelling comprising of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, games room, open plan kitchen/lounge area, dining room and utility room. Project address: South Witham, Lincolnshire Scope of works: 1. Demolition works to existing building and surroundings with structual elements to create new footprint of dwelling. 2. Build and erect new timber frame structure, brickwork, roof structure, internal/external walls, floors, ceilings. 3. 1st fix, 2nd fix throughout. 4. Design, supply and fit of interior decor 5. External landscaping to surroundings Project Timescale: 20 weeks
Client Project: 22 Apartments & Retail Hub. Client brief: A dual project comprising of the complete refurbishment of 12 existing ground floor retail units and the design and new build of 22 luxury first and second floor apartments complete with balconies and roof gardens. Project address: Stevenage, Hertfordshire. Scope of works: 1. Complete refurbishment to existing ground floor retail hub. 2. Erect and build 22 new luxury apartments including external structures, brickwork, roof structure, internal/external walls, floors, ceilings. 3. 1st fix, 2nd fix throughout. 4. Design, supply and fit of interior decor. 5. External landscaping to balconies and roof gardens. Project Timescale: 60 weeks
Client Project: 22 Bedroom Rehabilitation Hospital Client brief: To design and build a new rehabilitation hospital comprising of 22 bedrooms across 2 wards, communal socialising areas, exterior courtyard and landscaped grounds Project address: Garforth, Leeds Scope of works: 1. Demolition works to existing building and surroundings with structual elements to create new footprint of building. 2. Build and erect new structure, brickwork, roof structure, internal/external walls, floors, ceilings. 3. 1st fix, 2nd fix throughout. 4. Design, supply and fit of interior decor 5.
